Hello. I am writing about my yesterday. :) Last week I told you that I didn't have enough exercise until my fat grow again. No point of jogging, workout and, crunch here and there but after that we stop for such a long time and not taking healthy food. On last Saturday I bought a sweet papaya and my wife love it so much. Yesterday I bought banana, and our family will also try other fruits for our diet. So yesterday, I have time to jog and play football. After office hour, I clocked out, return to home and get dress and I went back again to football field. Actually the football field is within my working area. So it takes around fifteen minutes to come and back. For somebody that don't have enthusiasm for football or exercise, they might say that my effort is waste of time. It is a raining season now in Malaysia and humidity is very high. There are many places in the country affected by heavy rain and flood come to take place. I will try to practice personal hygiene as much as possible. Most of my friend already suffered from fungus due to high humidity. Some people have really sensitive skin and easily affected by fungus. Wholegrains are cereal grains that contain bran and germ as well as the endosperm, in contrast to refined grains, which retain only the endosperm. Wholegrains can generally be sprouted while processed grains generally will not sprout.
