Me and Healthy Monday

Hello. I am writing about my yesterday. :) Last week I told you that I didn't have enough exercise until my fat grow again. No point of jogging, workout and, crunch here and there but after that we stop for such a long time and not taking healthy food. On last Saturday I bought a sweet papaya and my wife love it so much. Yesterday I bought banana, and our family will also try other fruits for our diet. So yesterday, I have time to jog and play football. After office hour, I clocked out, return to home and get dress and I went back again to football field. Actually the football field is within my working area. So it takes around fifteen minutes to come and back. For somebody that don't have enthusiasm for football or exercise, they might say that my effort is waste of time. For me it is valuable, football is my passion and to keep my fitness is my accountability to my body. I don't care what people said but I am happy if my colleague can follow me playing football and doing som...

Eating Habit and Saturday Night Menu

I will try to practice personal hygiene as much as possible. Most of my friend already suffered from fungus due to high humidity. Some people have really sensitive skin and easily affected by fungus. One of the most important thing for me during this raining season is food selection. Normally Malaysian people always take rice and eat more compared to other country. My expatriate colleague surprise when they see Malaysian people take too much food and rarely take fruits and grains. That's typical habit when Malaysian frequently take food. Sometimes they will take rice at 3am. Other expatriate friend shocked when I put too much sugar in my tea. You know I only put two teaspoon of sugar. This week, my activities are limited. I said on Monday that I will to the gymnasium but I was stuck in the office because of rain. And that d...

Grain products are bread, pasta, oatmeal, breakfast cereals, and tortillas. When selecting grains, it is important to remember that whole grains are preferable to refined grains. Whole grains are made from the whole kernels of grain, that is both the inside part of the grain and the outer covering. Processed flours remove the outer covering which gives a lighter texture and taste to baked goods but removes a lot of the nutrition and fiber. Enriched ...
